The Church The following are booklets that were used prolifically in the sixties and seventies to introduce new members into the scriptural view concerning the church and the local churches. For those of us who a took a stand on the ground of oneness with all Christians in the city where we lived, we realized the blessing of "dwelling together in unity" and the impact that resulted in our localities all over the country - and so we sang of it: "We hear a mighty thunder sound, saints meeting on the local ground, hallelujahs with joy we raise and our meetings are filled with His praise...hallelujah, the light shines bright, we are home, we are home, we are home." Again, I want to emphasize that I am mainly interested in testifying of our experience in the local churches of the Lord's recovery, and I want to acknowledge to my reader that we all, as fellow believers, have our experience of Christ and can have mutual spiritual profit in sharing Him with one another. Part of our experience in the recovery is what was dug out of the Scriptures and became life and light to us, including the precious fellowship below on the church, which I would like to share with you.
